What makes JAD so special?
JAD was founded by two former athletes who live the fighting lifestyle. The designs are very unique, specific to our sport and can only be purchased exclusively on this website.
How is JAD different from other brands?
JAD (Judo Art design) has its roots in the sport of Judo. At the same time, it is primarily a fashion brand that expresses the fighting lifestyle. There is currently no comparable brand that offers products exclusively for martial artists, especially in the fashion sector. Other brands are either active in other sports or offer mainly equipment.
Taxes and customs duties?
For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and customs duties are included in the product price.
For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and will be charged once your package reaches your country. JAD does not withhold duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict what your possible duties will be. In the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is longer than usual due to the "production on demand" process. Depending on the product, it is between 6 and 15 days.
The product is created especially for you, avoiding unnecessary production, overproduction and extra transportation. JAD has no direct influence on the delivery time.
How is the return procedure?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How is the procedure for textile defects or poor print quality?
If any defects are found during the acceptance of the goods, please take a photo of it and inform us about it via contact@jadsports.com. We will then consider in what form we will compensate you. For more details read "How is the return procedure?" section.
What is "Production on demand" (POD)?
"Production on demand" means that the goods are not produced until they are purchased. After the order is placed, the product is produced by our POD supplier, packed and then sent to the customer. This process takes a little longer than usual (2-5 days finishing + delivery). In return, this process is good for the environment, as only as much is produced as is purchased.
Why can the textile smell after unpacking?
It is not the textile but the print that can smell.
The printing is done at a high level, so even after washing several times, the colors are preserved. When unpacking from the foil, the product may smell a little, which is due to the production process.
After printing, the textile is sprayed with an agent that fixes the colors. Since it is packed directly after production, the smell remains perceptible when it arrives at the customer. The smell is gone after the first wash, for sure.
